Soft Washing - The soft washing method is the method most professionals use for cleaning most surfaces. Soft washing is essentially, giving your house a shower. We use detergents, surfactants, cleaning agents and low pressure to gently remove biological growth. Types of growth include mildew, fungi, algae, bacteria and more. Soft washing is used to clean without the risk of pressure damage to fragile surfaces such as roof shingles, siding, paint, screens and windows.

Power Washing - The power washing method uses water flow and pressure up to 3500 PSI to remove surface contaminants. Power washing should be used only on hard surfaces such as concrete, brick and pavers. Generally, it should not be used to clean painted surfaces, vinyl siding or stucco. High pressure can irreparably damage even hard surfaces like concrete and brick if not done properly.
